Transfers were announced yesterday, and I am staying in Amite again with Sister Groesbeck! It's going to be a good transfer and we know we are both here again for a reason and we have resolved to find that reason/person. There is someone who needs to hear the gospel from us and we will find them!!!
We met with Pastor Dixon again and had a very long, serious discussion about the Book of Mormon because she decided that she would not read it because it would be too confusing. :( It was a bummer to hear that and we are praying for her. She loves us so much, and loves visiting with us, but she isn't really progressing which is so sad. :( But, we are still doing the radio show again in May.
Yesterday, we were on lockdown all morning because of the weather. No tornadoes touched down, but a giant tree came down in our backyard because of the wind, woohoo! storms! It was kind of exciting I guess. Mostly it was just really windy.
This has really been another uneventful week for the most part. We did go discover some parts of our area that are far out because we had enough miles this month to do so and we are planning on spending some time out there contacting this next transfer! It will be a good change of pace. We have a lot of rebuilding still to do and it isn't an easy work, but we can certainly do it.
3 months down, 15 to go! I am ready to make them count.
Love all y'all!
