Week 52

Yes, so this week wasn't really that exciting. I have a new companion though. I am now training. Her name is Sister Kayla Meador and she is fron SLC (Centerville/Mill Creek areas) and she is awesome! She is on board and prepared. She is outgoing and fun and loud, like me. So we make quite the pair, it's really interesting, haha. We also have mutual friends (shout out to Aimee Erickson, haha).

Mike, our investigator, has now come to church three times! He is progressing. He came to our Branch President's house last night for dinner and we had a lesson. It was really nice and he is definitely looking seriously into this. It's kind of sad though because he might be moving this week. :( 

Other than that, we did some service this week with All Souls and Love in Action. We did a lot of finding. Annnnnd. WE cleaned. A lot. So we moved apartments and we were responsible for cleaning out our new apartment and cleaning out our old apartment. It took a long time, but at least it's over now. Life is all good. And clean, haha. 

This week I am trying to learn about consecration and what it means to be a consecrated missionary. I think, that for each of us, because the Lord is perfectly merciful and because his grace is sufficient to be the difference in our live, we have a level of consecration that we live up to that is personal, and it is between you and the Lord, if that makes sense? We must be consecrated unto Christ. He is our Shepherd and we are His sheep. I love this work.
