Week 57

My letter is going to be short this week. Not a ton to report on, there were a few investigators who dropped us and there was one guy who was way rude to us and that kind of shook us up a little bit, but all is well. Onwards and upwards, we are way determined to make this week better.
We have been asked and given permission to teach a recent convert/less active who just moved into downtown NOLA this last week. Her daughter is 9 and wants to get baptized, but her mom wanted sisters to teach her so in comes us. We are the closest English sisters to that part of NOLA so we get to go into Downtown a lot more often now. Sister Schutte and her daughter, Annalisa, are so sweet and we are really excited to keep working with them. I will have to take more pictures of people and send them.
We had kind of an interesting Easter with the Carol Family. They are recent converts and just joined the church about a year ago. They are an awesome bunch of people. They certainly face their fair share of trials and we love them.
I know that my Redeemer lives.
Have a great week.
Love y'all-
Sister Ellen Frederickson
